Program Description:

In the spirit of Halloween, the members of Plunkett Cooney's Labor & Employment Practice Group held a seminar to discuss some of the scariest workplace urban legends they’ve heard, and how you can avoid these HR nightmares!

Do you have an employee who has seemingly vanished into thin air? What about a manager whose supervisory skills leave much to be desired and a trail of horror behind? Have you ever been afraid to say the phrase “reasonable accommodation” three times in the mirror because an ADA lawsuit might appear?
